RETURN, SHIPPING & REPAIR POLICY
TUFA Climbing LLC Last Updated: March 2026
GUARANTEE
TUFA Climbing products are handmade-to-order and guaranteed against defects in materials and craftsmanship for the practical life of the product. If you believe your product has a defect covered under this guarantee, please contact josh@tufaclimbing.com with a description and photographs. TUFA will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product.
This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper storage, exposure beyond the product's intended use, or unauthorized modification or repair by anyone other than TUFA.
RETURNS
TUFA Climbing LLC does not accept returns. All products are handmade-to-order and custom orders are non-exchangeable. If you have an issue with your order, please contact josh@tufaclimbing.com and we will do our best to make it right.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because TUFA products are handmade-to-order, production may begin immediately upon order confirmation. Orders that are canceled after confirmation are subject to a 10% administrative fee to cover payment processing, material allocation, and administrative costs. This fee will be deducted from any refund issued.
Orders that have already entered production cannot be canceled. If your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available and the no-return policy above applies.
To request a cancellation, contact josh@tufaclimbing.com as soon as possible.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Free shipping is available on all orders within the United States over $99.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and deliverable shipping address at the time of purchase. TUFA Climbing LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Tracking information is automatically sent via email when the shipping label is generated. Please note that label generation may occur before the carrier has physically received the package.
TUFA Climbing is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or any circumstances beyond our control.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges vary by location and are the sole responsibility of the customer. TUFA has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
TUFA is not responsible for delays caused by international customs processing.
REPAIR
Wear and tear is a natural part of using gear in the mountains, and nature can produce forces and surfaces that exceed any material's limits. In stewardship to our planet and community, we offer repair services for TUFA products at a reasonable fee.
Repairs are performed at our studio in Kalispell, Montana using original or equivalent materials whenever possible. Repair timelines vary based on complexity and current production schedule.
To submit a repair request, contact josh@tufaclimbing.com with a description and photographs of the damage. We will provide a repair estimate before any work begins.
Please note that products repaired or modified by anyone other than TUFA are no longer covered under our guarantee.
